Illegal ephemeris.
When I was out and about this morning I was supposedly several kilometres horizontally off to the SE and anywhere from 3 to 8 km underground.

I'm outside now with my Altus APS3 receivers and a Javad LS beta unit. The base (Altus) must be set to GPS only for corrections to even get to the rover. Altus rover must also be set to GPS only to fix. The LS is fixing even with Glonass on but isn't using it in the solution that I can tell. Both Altus and Javad rovers go to autonomous with base Glonass on. Rtcm 3.
My cell phone gnss is working (GPS and Glonass).
Maybe the Russians are a bit slow.
It all happened on April 2nd there.
My Topcon HiperII's dropped the Glonass yesterday afternoon later in the day and I was having radio issues also. I switched from the low power radio to the external 35 watt radio and got my radio back.
my Obama post from yesterday was made half in jest and half in seriousness. - it got deleted.
With everything going on in Ukraine, I would expect some efforts- ECM/jamming/ sabotage to be made to deny the Russians use of their GLONASS assets......
their entire constellation has a hiccup..... coincidence?
