I would like to have a conversation with other users of the GeoMax 20 ...

1. I am having problems with Field Genius RTK Fix connection to CORS site when I turn on Glonass. The GeoMax is reading the satellites "12-14"GPS+Glonass, but when Fixed Position is obtained, Glonass is drop-off.
2. On the base side of GEOMAX , has anyone connected a Trimble 5800 on the rover side? It appears that I have but would like to have some conversation about it.

Thanks RA

Are you certain the CORS reference station you are connecting to is utilizing GLONASS as well? If it is not, then the rover will not utilize it in the solution either.

Also, if the reference station is utilizing GLONASS make certain the mountpoint you are using offers GLONASS as well.

This!

You need Common satellites at the base and rover to resolve a "fix" solution.

The Fix will drop GLONASS if your base does not track GLONASS.
