a .tps file? I have about an hours worth of data that I tried to submit to OPUS-RS and it keeps kicking it back. I don't have he software with me to take a look at the data to see if there's is something wrong with the file...Two of your favorite adult beverages are on me if we happen to run into each other.

There is a little DOS utility called "TPS2RIN" which you can google up pretty quick. As the name suggests it will convert your tps file to RINEX.

I thought a tps file was a Topcon file? Maybe my memory fails me but I thought one was able to submit directly to OPUS without converting.
