They could deduct it from the billions we owe china but we won't. Lot of time and money spent on something we will never collect.
And the chinese cos are like the rest of the big businesses here and abroad, just change their name and business as usual

This FCC exercise was probably a waste of our money and their time, since they have no jurisdiction over foreign companies. But I bet the FCC lawyers are all pumped up over their "victory"...
