I've been trying to locate one of those things for YEARS. I have absolutely NO idea where to even begin, but I figure here is as good a start as any. Does anyone else know any other surveying forums and such that I can ask in as well?

I wish I was paying more attention in 2019... At least, I think that's when it sold. All these years of hunting, and I'm sure a few have escaped me cause I didn't know where to look.
That's a no on their end, I'm afraid. The hunt continues. I'll find one, one of these years! 5 years in, and no luck (or I just haven't been looking in the right places)
I have a similar Magnavox antenna ASSY 819646-801. It has the same bottom section, you are showing it upside down, but has a cone shaped top. Remove that nut and the threaded stud to properly mount the antenna on a survey pole.
Also some nice pictures and details from A LOT of old survey instruments Theodolites, EDM, Levels, Total Station, GPS,... from manufacturer Wild Heerbrugg, Kern, Carl Zeiss, Pentax, Nikon,.... most in spanish language, but also some english and german.
