Got a local young couple who just stopped me on the way to the P.O who want it.
They are perfect for the house and would love to take care of all the loose ends, loam, seed, buy used appliances, etc, to be able to own their own home.
I have patience and will hold the house till I find the right people. I literally had a pain in my gut yesterday and it went away as soon as I tore up their deposit check.
Watch that first step it a doozy.:-)
