Approximately three banker style boxes. I pulled 1 random folder and it looks like a mix of large/small maps, a deed, field book notes, and an aerial photo. There is 4 boxes labeled "199-2004", "2005-2007", "2008-2010 & 2011", and another. The 3 with dates appear full. The box labeled "2005-2007" has 27 filing folders.
I personally have not seen the files. I bought his Father's equipment and offered to help him with the records since NY records wont help much in St. Louis.
