Business Management Handbook for Land Surveyors

Dan was moderately active on this message board's predecessor a few years back but he has kind of dropped out of sight. He was with a company named "Erlandson" for 20+ years which has a number of offices in Washington State. Their website is still up but hasn't been updated in 4 years. They would know where he is, I suggest you drop them a line and get in touch with Dan himself. His book was published in pdf format.

I looked for Mark's site and found MXP Consulting and Plog Consulting, but nothing with books. He used to have a site called SurveyPlanet, which is closed down now. Is that the one you were thinking of?

Another good book along the same lines is A Pocket Guide to Business for Engineers and Surveyors.
