I have a first edition of the Skelton book (The Legal Elements of Boundaries and Adjacent Properties) for sale. I believe the book is in very good condition. If interested PM me with an offer.

Thanks.

I agree.

One thing that strikes me about Skelton is he gives a discussion on some boundary fact set and a conclusion then he almost always gives a case where the contrary is shown.
