My cousin has moved back to Dallas, Tx. She would like to sell her cabin up in Idaho about ten miles north of Lake Pend Oreille. The address is 725 Hulett Hill Dr., Sandpoint, ID. Thought I'd throw it out here if anybody knows anybody that's lookin'.

Realtor's Listing

It's a bit pricey for me, and a long drive from here. Besides, I'm an Okie at heart and I wouldn't know what to do with a lake cabin that didn't have wheels or skirting..:pinch:

OMG!!! Make that 150 acres instead of 15 acres and I might consider it.

That's what happens when you are accustomed to living where no one else wants to live.

Continents apart of course, so not comparing like for like, but something similar in Scotland would set you back $1,000,000!

Wow! Really? $1mil for all that "caul groon". Then again, Idaho has plenty of that as well. 😀

But hey, if you are near a peat bog you can dry it and burn it for heat. I don't think you would be able to burn the Idaho dirt.
