Railroad ROW Classes

I'm looking for presenters who teach railroad ROW classes, preferably with knowledge of old northeast railroads. I know Charlie Tucker does classes but his 101 class did not dig into the actual ROW stuff as much as our attendees wanted last time. I think he offers a 102 class but will only open the course to people who have taken 101. This makes it difficult to offer for our 8 hour workshops offered twice a year. It's even hard to offer two 8 hour classes at a conference with 101 being a pre-requisite.?ÿ

Any leads on a person who teaches these classes?
