New NCEES Exam Registration Requirements

NEW EXAMINATION REGISTRATION PROCESS TO BEGIN IN JULY 2010

Beginning with the October 2010 examination administration, ALL applicants will be required to register for the examination with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in addition to submitting their application and fee to the Board. This new process will apply to all applicants, including those who are re-filing to retake an examination.

NCEES will open the registration for the examinations in July 2010. Applicants will need to register on the NCEES web site as well as submitting all of the required application materials and fees to the Board. Applicants will not be allowed to sit for the examinations if they have not met the Board's requirements and have registered with NCEES.

Applicants should continue to check the Board's website and the NCEES web site for updated information, including the exact dates to register with NCEES.
