I recently found out that the subject text is now available. I am now poring through it. I enjoyed the earlier edition. The new one adds significant new content on least squares and related issues. It also (less interestingly to me) has a lot of new information on antenna design.
While this 800 page book (including a number of highly useful appendices including one on conformal mapping) is pricey. I consider it to be well worth the price.

I found it on Amazon with prime shipping for $109 ($115 total with tax). Looking forward to reading it.
