Fingerprint for license renewal?

I have never heard of that one.

I hold a Texas RPLS and 5 others. None have done so yet. If they do I will refer them to the FBI, DPS and OSBI. They all have my prints on file for clearances of various types.

They require fingerprints for Concealed Carry permits; wait 'till they want DNA, stool samples, and a voice print for NSA file comparisons!

If they have DNA they wouldn't need the stool samples unless they have some morbid, grotesque curiosity about one's diet. :-$

BTW: you forgot to mention retina scans.

SWMBO is an RN. When she moved here from Texas, she had to be fingerprinted to get her RN License, and turn in her Texas License. She is going to School here to become a Nurse Practioner. To get into Graduate School, she had to be finger printed, background check, and drug test. She has to renew the background check every year and take a drug test. I expect surveyors to have to supply finger prints someday. My prints are on file, and I have a security clearance so I am not worried about it.

I want all attorneys

to subject themselves to being fingerprinted for their license. Hmmmm, while we're at it, I want all P. E.s to be fingerprinted, too.

In a lot of states they are required to be fingerprinted, as are day care workers, teachers, doctors, nurses, etc.

Plus anyone holding securities related licenses (brokers, advisors, options/futures traders, etc.)

i'd like them to have to file all the architect's fingers.......;-)
