@jflamm The only way we get away with the low amount of lab time is that my boss is supposed to teach me. The labs are to see if I can operate the equipment. It is an online program and working for a surveyor is a requirement.

None of that was available back then but times sure have changed!?ÿ I'm jealous that you have the opportunity to get the 4 year degree there now.

Here it is around usd$5.8k per annum for tuition (NZ citizens, overseas students pay WAY more)

Its a four year course and books, lab costs and living are extra

@jimcox?ÿ

Surv201 is $1,142.04 for example and do 8 papers a year so $9,136 p.a and I think I rounded up to 10k to allow for field camp costs.

?ÿ

And now I see the difference, I missed that you'd already converted to USD, mine were NZD and the total converted to USD. My apologies, reading comprehension a bit rusty after the summer break!

I'm in the online degree program so my costs are higher: I paid 1140 for one 3 hr course, then books.so one class was roughly 1250. Discount for full time 12 hrs or more, but I can't work and do that currently.
