I've just downloaded the Carlson Survey demo and am attempting to connect to an Explorer 600+ via the mini USB port, not the serial port 1. At the office with the correct serial cable (do not have a serial to USB cable, but do have the correct mini USB cable) it works fine with COM 1, but cannot get it to connect via COM 2.
AFAAK, will data tranfer work with the demo version?
