In the cattle industry we would call that "mixed". Not red or red white-faced or red mottle-faced or red brockle-faced or roan or tiger striped or yellowish-red or yellowish red white-faced, etc. Not grey or brown or black or skunk tailed or any of those plus the qualifiers mentioned earlier or just plain old white. "Mixed" gets the job done.
