I just got a news alert on my phone that the Memphis Police department is adding extra officers tonight. It is my understanding that there is supposed to be a press conference later today to make a statement.
Stay safe up there Ryan. That whole area will be in my prayers tonight.
Too bad that they could not wait for a cold rainy night. I lived in Atlanta when MLK was shot. There was much tension; however, for the most part, cooler heads prevailed. I wish the best for the situation. Despite the decision, some people are not going to be happy.
I don't think they should have scheduled a specific time for the announcement. The way they are doing this allows people, that are pre-disposed to destruction, advanced notice to get juiced up prior to the announcement and arrange a specific time to meet.
I think there will be destruction in the event of celebration or anger - Either way.
You can bet our gov. is testing out their ability to track this via. social media.

St. Louis Tonight
I just saw a clip from the streets on the cable news. It doesn't look like a good place to be tonight.
I hope everybody can keep their cool and pray there's not a body count in the morning.
