Yesterday I submitted a post, since removed, which was apparently offensive to some. For those of you who were offended please accept my apologies. I meant no offense.
I have a tendency to look and see the degradation occurring in our society but perhaps my way of expressing that was, well, stupid.
YÛªall have a great weekend. B-)
Why do I miss all the good threads........
Yeah! What Kris said!

It didn't bother me personally but some of the comments after were surprising and disappointing. But to be honest you have probably done it again with the above statement depending on exactly what you mean.
The post was taken off before I could comment but the issue being discussed was more than about peoples hurt feelings. It was about peoples real lives and the effects on their mental health and well being. A lot of people hurting out there due to some attitudes.

This post was meant as an apology, nothing more.
@Fleming
Jimmie, this is strike 2 against me. Keep your fingers crossed and maybe you'll be rid of me soon.:-)

It doesn't come across that way when you include the statement about the degradation of society because you are referring to something in particular. Your "apology" just seems a way to repost your original post.
I suspect this "apology" will be removed also.
If you don't offend at least 1 person each day, you're not doing much of anything.

It got zapped before I could finish my thought so here goes...
..or an Oklahoma gal and a pretty one to boot!
You 'n' me are in the same doghouse, buddy.
Mine with the cleaning lady disappeared as well.
Awww I kinda liked her....
:whistle:Maybe a little sensitivity training would help. I did not see the post so I have no opinion. I did understand the previous post being removed. However, I am becoming very tired of people's hurt feelings. Maybe I need to start a group for bald guys. We constantly receive negative comments. The band aid that is effective for such abuse is two fingers of Markers Mark combined with half a baby aspirin.

Yes. We are ridiculed over a condition that is not of our doing.
Something about hitting one's head too frequently on the headboard is no laughing matter.
BTW, I'll sign up for the bald guys club.

I may be a myth, but it is our myth.

You're ridiculed for it? I'm just envious that my head isn't perfect enough to show everyone so I have to keep it covered in all of this grey hair! (My hair is much greyer than in my picture, that's an old picture and I think my hair may have been dyed black at the time, reliving my youth and all of that).
