There are few, if any, here that remember this. Or do you? ?????ÿ
I remember that song, but I was only 6 when it came out.?ÿ I did have 3 older brothers that had quite a collection of records and I'm sure they were playing it.?ÿ
I listen to them, all the time...
It's my life....
???
I was expecting the song with these lyrics instead.
I seen them live maybe 67 or 68 at the Terrace Ballroom in Salt Lake City.

I saw the Moody Blues at the Terrace about that same time!

?ÿ
Sit on the floor.?ÿ As the weed was passed down the row you could take a toke or just pass it on.?ÿ Went to few more at the Terrace.?ÿ Iron Butterfly I remember.
?ÿ
Other venues were Lagon, Salt Palace and State fairgrounds.?ÿ Went to a bunch of shows at these places from 67-72.
Married with a little girl to raise.?ÿ No money for such frivolity.?ÿ I simply stayed home and had sex four times per night.

Growing up and going to high school only about 5 miles from Lagoon, I went to more concerts at Lagoon in the mid-late 60s, and early 70s than I can remember. Beach Boys, Big Brother & the Holding company, I have lost track years ago. Other venues in Salt Lake like Kingsbury Hall at the U of U (Spider John Koerner, Leo Kottke, etc.), the old Capital Theater (Jerry Jeff Walker, David Bromberg), Red Rock Gardens (John Prine), The Zephyr Club (B.W. Stevenson), and others that my foggy old skull can no longer isolate. Oh yeah, in later years, Park City West (Beach Boys again). I was never a concert fan really, but I have been to a few.?ÿ ?ÿ
Is that how the lady you were married to would remember it?
But, of course.?ÿ You could ask her, yourself, but smart fellows don't ask questions of Karens.?ÿ She would probably tell you it must of been at least that frequent.?ÿ She couldn't remember what color the ceiling was painted because her view was blocked so frequently. ?????ÿ

Amazing how age enhances what you thought/wished for, "four times per night", as opposed to real happenings which were at best four times per year, if lucky. ?????ÿ

He never mentioned a lady.?ÿ
Denver Coliseum. 48 years ago today! Seems like a thousand years ago, but I still remember quite a bit about that weekend, and the girl I took with me.
Remember this? ?????ÿ
@flga-2-2 I pretty much remember all of of them, some more than others because they have a direct connection to particular people, places, experiences, etc. ???? ?ÿ
I always play at least one Dylan song on the jukebox when at the saloon.
You know you've gotten old when it takes you all night to do what you used to do all night.
@bill93?ÿ
There's an old joke about the progression of aging that goes something like:?ÿ "tri-weekly, try weekly and then try weakly".
but I'm so old now I can't even remember the joke....?ÿ 😉
