We all have folks in our lives that became our "first" something-or-another. MLB occupies such a spot in my heart. Although probably common nowadays with FB and such, MLB was the first person I ever "met" on line and wondered if he was really as obnoxious in person as I perceived..

(maybe it's just me 😉 )

I met him at a trade show...my impression was that "MLB" was 2/3 Michael Binge and 1/3 a character he played on the internet.

Those days were like the wild wild west! Anything goes! I certainly tangled with MLB online more than a few times, but we did meet in Utah and had a fairly pleasant conversation.

I remember responding to NN's poetry in the wee hours of a Sunday morning (I think), and apparently rubbed the fur the wrong way, and he went off! Only got to read a few of the names he called me before the thread was deleted. I don't think he was close to normal at all, or sure didn't act like it.
I got the impression that he could've been dangerous, like to the point of going postal or something pretty bad, but it may have been a bluff.

NN's unwavering conviction and undisguised distain.

The first response by Kent was classic McMillan.

I'm still in touch with Christie O through social media.

Who was the guy from the old days who could survey 400 acres in 3 hours in 100 degree heat without taking a water break? I forget his name, but he was banned a couple of times. Ted something. What a piece of work.

That's him. His online persona could be a little prickly.

I guessed one time that he put Ted Dura in the first name box then he encountered the last name box so he put Dura in again but Ted replied that's not what happened, he lost his login password or email for his Ted Dura account so he put in fn:Ted ln: DURA DURA.

I wondered if anyone kept track of her.

Tell her and Earl 'howdy' from Oklahoma next time you chat.

Yep, Ty Evan's prior record was the real reason he couldn't get licensed in Indiana, not his stated reason that he needed two physics classes to complete his educational requirement. If you do a search, you will find his 9/2016 bio on a web site dedicated to "prison writers".

He gave his cats baths on a regular basis, LOL! He just didn't like drinking water.

Here's a place where TDD hangs out.

God bless her. Is she still in the U.P? I'm still from there. Her boy (Keenan?) was a talented musician as I recall. I hope all is well for them.

Don

MLB was such an ass to her
