You do realize that's Oklahoma sky you're seeing to the west of you?
just sayin....;)
Very nice.
There's one thing about sky, moon etc as Paden alluded to, we can see the same sky from different parts of the world but from a different perspective.
Looks different but same thing.
Guess that's life in many ways.
Speaking of "same sky from different parts of the world", when my son was really young he had a tendency to notice and point out the moon in the sky, any time of day. One of his nicknames became "moon boy" because he did it so often. We developed a thing where when I was to be away on work travel, one of us would say "I'll see you out looking at the moon", so we could spend time "together" or thinking about each other by looking at the moon from our disparate locations. It's a pleasant memory. Thanks for the reminder.

Red sky at morning, sailor's take warning.
Not my story but similar to BajaOR.
Daughter says seeing the same moon that her husband could see in Iraq kept her focussed during his deployment.
First I saw sort of a smushed heart. Then I saw Homer Simpson's dad blowing a kiss to someone. Then I saw the silver lining and thought about good fortune.
I've heard Arkansawyers mention the Kacky River before. Many have problems with pronunciation it seems. What else would you expect from people who can't ever pronounce their State's name correctly. The true pronunciation is AR-KAN-ZUS.
