My weight one month ago was the lightest I have been since approximately 1972-73 timeframe.?ÿ Doctor has me attempting to gain weight for the first time in my life.?ÿ I'm up about six pounds from the low number today.
I don't recall exactly what I weighed in '72, but am probably only a little over that now. I'm ~15 lbs below my all-time high, but the spatial distribution of the weight has changed.
