Un-licensed guy surveying goes down.

Un-licensed individuals (mostly foresters or timber guys)have always been a problem. But the local or state prosecutors will do nothing about it. So our state society started a fund to go after some of these guys. Well looks like we've got one less.

Do you think your state's surveyors licensing board would take displinary action against a surveyor that practiced forrestry without a license? That is if a license is required to practice forrestry?

That's part of the problem. The Licensing Board can only take action against those of us with a license. The board has no authority over those un-licensed.
