That's funny, as it is almost the exact same model my wife placed in our kitchen. I re-grommet it every 6 months when it starts dripping

Not according to the blowhard that attempted to call me various names earlier this week. He will probably call me even more names when I file a lien on his property. It's not very much money, but the fun will be worth it. I enjoy educating bullies the hard way. Their bluster never stands up in court. They can run, but they can't hide. Especially when you already know their checking account number.

M&M liens are a little more difficult to maintain down here in Oklahoma over the last few years. They changed the laws. Now we must send a "Notice of Intent to File a Lien" by registered mail. Then the lien must be filed within 90 days of the work performed. And the lien must be 'renewed' on a periodic basis.

But that hasn't stopped me. I'll spend a bucket of money just to prove a point. Liens are your friend.

I don't know about the bucket of money, but I'll spend a bucket of time to prove a point. I've filed 4 small claims actions in the last 23 years, and collected on 3 of them. The "one that got away" was a pro deadbeat, and I haven't yet figured out how to beat him. Come to think of it, it's probably time for me to renew that judgment.

I have one more bathroom to finish with new hardware and new wall around the shower/tub.
Been hanging a plastic shower curtain against the wall.
The shower has been a right angled hot water faucet spigot pointing down with a 45deg brass swivel and an adjustable garden sprayer (spare parts).
The shower feed is the last piece of iron pipe in the house and rests in the wall directly behind the desk in my office.

That year when SWMBO went shopping, she was taken back because there was hardly any choice.
It started out exotic and expensive and when to outrageously hideous in appearance and more expensive.
I thought she was wrong and when I looked, "she was right of course" and there were no simple looking ones on the shelf.

My rates are adjusted in march according to my overall expenditures of the previous years.
When the main expenses like gas, electricity, parts and etc go up for any particular reason, I adjust invoices to meet those demands.

What is that saying, if you don't keep up with change you get left behind...........

Get a Moen faucet. They are virtually trouble free and the cartridges have a lifetime guarantee. I had one for 25 years and just called them up and they sent me a new cartridge.

If you buy a Moen product be sure and buy a cartridge "puller" ($8) too. It will save you much frustration, cuts, and cuss words. 😉
