Curious if anyone could throw a pay range for a lsit in the Seattle area, couple years experience. Labor stats put the median at 23 and change so I'm curious how realistic it is. Thanks for the time!

If you can get on a prevailing wage job; CHECK THIS OUT (You're going to have to select King County and Surveyors)

That LSAW survey Party Chef posted is a good start. Keep in mind the results are from right near the end of the good times. North Puget Sound Chapter is where Seattle is located.

The prevailing wages in the King County area are based on Union Scale and do not reflect the wages earned in the design/professional services segment of the community. I know of several firms that have stopped working on prevailing wage jobs in the area because the rates are so far out of line with theirs.

Thank you, I looked around the LSAW page and hadn't come across the salary survey. That prevailing wage stuff is crazy, however it would be great to make it! Thank you for the info, if there are any companies one would recommend staying away from, or some you highly recommend that would be appreciated. I'm looking towards the North Seattle/Everett and perhaps Mount Vernon area so as to be fairly close to my family (I'm from Seattle, been absent some 10 odd years).
