Show me the law that you are required to disclose what the property will be used for before buying it or where your money came from other than cash or mortgage.
Remind them that your income and job status is exactly what you report on your 1040 to the IRS.
In this day an time, it is normal to truthfully say that your 1st plan did not work out and you had to change your business model.

never put yourself in the position to be a witness against your client, perhaps just another anonymous informant.
If you gotta say it, let it be forced out by some high dollar attorney that has already broken quite a sweat and really make him earn his money, cause you really do not want to be charged with contempt of court and sit in jail with your client...........
