BACK IN THE OLD DAYS WHEN I COULD HEAR GOOD (ƒ??79) a Wang 2200 system with Houlgin Software (CEADS) was the Porsche of systems for a small Civil Engineering/Surveying company. It paid for itself in 6 or 7 months. ?????ÿ

@stlsurveyor

global thermonuclear chess??ÿ

man, Iƒ??m so glad my kids havenƒ??t grown up under the constant implied looming threat of mutual assured destruction. Good god, the raft of early 80s movies on that topic was absolutely brutal.

@hpalmer

lmao. Maybe this very one. I saw Chuck just last week, Edƒ??s wife recently died, and Ken recently retired as heƒ??s battling cancer (probably what ultimately precipitated big H deciding to finally retire).?ÿ

And my next door neighbor is one of those musicians. I worked for him for 5 years, now Iƒ??m trying to convince him to spend his last couple years before retirement working for me.

@flyin-solo

If you find an ancient TS that still actually works Iƒ??ll buy it from you. Iƒ??m bored so I want to as-built all the landscape beds on the surface of my lot. I have a funny feeling that SWMBO is ƒ??thinking ofƒ? redoing all existing landscaping. Probably cost 10-15K but Iƒ??ll recoup that by jacking the house sale price $50K and someone will buy it. Houses in my area sell within a week at most and for ridiculous prices so Itƒ??s time to bail out while the market is insane once again. I still donƒ??t understand how a 2 income family that earns $200K gross can afford a 2.1M home. Somebody clue me in. ?????ÿ

Hmmmm.... has your SWMBOAWD been talking to mine??ÿ I've been voluntold that we're relandscaping the back yard to include retaining walls and inset raised bed gardens and expanding the flatwork.?ÿ I asked what the budget was and was told it didn't matter....I'm trying to figure out how much beer the scope creep is going to generate....
