If you were going to market yourself as a "focused" business firm, wouldn't you at least research what you were doing ? I get that you don't want to work and have everyone make a living for you, but shouldn't you at least know what you're doing ?
"What sets TEXAS BOUNDARY SERVICES apart from our competition is our focus on the Boundary Survey, Improvement Location Certificate, Setback Verification Forms, and Topographic surveys as our specialties. By focusing on these types of services, and with our roster of independant contractors, we are able to communicate with our clients better and provide a higher level of service at the lowest prices in Texas.

I've worked on a survey crew in Houston for a few years and I've never had to survey for a setback verification, or an improvement location certificate.
Are these services required in Houston, or some other Texas cities ?
Looks like a broker
" With a portfolio of contracted Professional Land Surveyors,"

Hiring a professional services firm that doesn't know how to spell "independent" always ends badly.

Unless you're in Paris
So, is this an ad in Paris, Texas, only?
This bunch is already in trouble in Texas, Arizona and California.
Hopefully they will soon be OUT OF BUSINESS.
