I have been plagued by people calling every single day offering wonderful deals to enhance my business exposure in Google. Every single day. Sometimes from India (obviously), often from the states. Declining politely did no good; yelling at them did no good. I finally told the guy it was a sad story, but my company went bankrupt.
Not one Google call since them.
FYI: Most of those companies are loaded with BS. It's really not that hard to setup Google services, so I would recommend either trying it yourself or hiring a respectable web designer or developer to do it for you.

My boss's company learned the hard way with both Yahoo and Google.
The competition gave Google and Yahoo our company name as a key word.
We send out brochures from time to time announcing new services or products.
Every e-mail we sent had a flashing banner of the competition.
Needless to say, we gave up both of those domains.
I think Google and Yahoo are probably possible targets of class action
copyright infringement law suits.
