I hope for their sake that DoCanto's surveyor alerted his client to the potential for an AP claim.

"DoCanto and his contractors and other agents paid no attention to the open and obvious fact that the [plaintiffs'] family was using and exclusively occupying the land up to the fence."

If the surveyor ignored the fence, I'd think he or she would be in very hot water.

I don't know what it means but in Google street view the plaintiff's house has an Obama-Biden sign 🙂

There there is a local politician's sign on the chain-link fence corner.

There is also a Posted-No trespassing-Keep Out sign apparently on the plaintiff's property.

It looks like an up and coming urban neighborhood.
