though i'm prone to hyperbole and lapses in memory, this is stated as plainly as possible: friend/neighbor/mentor/old boss has gone out 3 times in the past 2 months to re-locate a single 4x4 fence post along a 60 foot length of privacy fence (otherwise posted with standard galvanized 2" posts) because it- the single 4x4- may or may not be a tenth over the line. a tenth! that's the extent to which the supposedly encroached owner is claiming.
surveyors for both sides having been hired by attorneys...
