Hello, my name is Colleen and I need a survey because the neighbor doesn't know where our boundary line is really at. Normally, I would have my husband call you but he is incarcerated in another State at this time. We intentionally built our fence several feet in from the true boundary and now the neighbor thinks he owns part of our land.
I think I see some Pink Ribbon.......
Well, of course, proceed with caution. Start by asking or otherwise determining if "anything" is buried within ten feet either side of the line. I'd look at the "evidence". Fresh dirt; loosely piled leaves etc. Go from there.:-D
Just make sure the husband isn't incarcerated for the way he 'treated' a prior surveyor that didn't agree with their fence. o.O
I think I'd pass on that one.
Is it Hub Northing's house?
You decide,
a: she's still alive
b: he would have staked the fence himself on the line
Be careful.

What else does she normally have her husband do for her?
