Does anyone know volts and amps on this connection? My charger has bit the dust and new one is 2 wks away.

Google your battery size (ma), and type.
All your topcon wants is juice, at a certian voltage range, and amperage.
All your battery wants is fed, electricity, at a certian rate, and voltage. Some like a pulse charge.
Your battery type, voltage, and size dictates the charger.
Get battery specs, and chargers are available.
Go to a model airplane forum, or such. Those guys are battery experts.

Btw, your old charger probably has its specs printed on it. Get magnifying glass, and a bit of paint on a rag. Rub the rag, with a little paint on it, to make it stand out.
Then, ebay is your friend.

It does. I was going to rig up a 12v battery plug in until new charger gets here. The topcon has a post port but does not say volt or amps for it.

My topcons require a 12v converter between the 12v battery and the port on the instrument. That port is NOT 12v.
The converter reduces the voltage to 8.7v

Yes. Found a pic of one. Powers at 8.7 and 2.5 amp
