Looking for used spectra 720 precision laser level. Why it’s very hard finding them in used reasonable price?

Because they get bought by companies who use them repeatedly. They use them until they no longer work. These items aren't bought for just 1 use and then resold, therefore there isn't much of a used market for them. The people who buy them tend to have a continuous or repeated use for them. That said you can buy one on ebay for $3500 right now. You might not consider that reasonable but I do.
