We're looking for two self-directed Crew Chiefs to join our team in the Springfield, Missouri area. We're a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company. Starting pay will depend on skills and experience. We offer a three weeks of vacation/sick leave as well as standard holidays, 100% employee and 80% dependent insurance paid, 401K matching. Each crew chief will care for their own equipment and truck and, following a 90 trial period, may drive the truck home in the evenings/weekends if within 20 miles of the office.
Ability to calculate construction staking in the field is a huge plus and knowledge of Carlson collectors a plus but not necessary.
A valid drivers license is required and may be subject to a DMV background check and drug pre-screening.
