Project Surveyor

Christiansen & Sergi, Inc. is a progressive and growing civil engineering and land surveying
company currently seeking a Project Surveyor. This is an office and field position. Candidate will
bring projects from startup to finish.
Responsibilities
Û¢ Work with survey manager to coordinate and oversee survey projects of diverse size and
type.
Û¢ Requires working closely with engineers in our multi-discipline company.
Û¢ Research of records both onsite and online including title, utility, municipal, etc.
Û¢ All aspects of field survey using the latest technology including Leica TPS, Leica GS14,
Leica CS15 controller, Leica MS50 robotic/scanner, Carlson SurvCE and Leica Viva
Smartworx.
Û¢ Office calculations using Autocad 2016 and Carlson Survey 2016.
Qualifications
Û¢ LSIT or PLS preferred but not required.
Û¢ 5 years of experience working in the survey industry.
Û¢ Basic knowledge of Leica equipment, Carlson and Autocad software.
Û¢ Experience performing property line/boundary surveys, as built surveys, construction
layout, ALTA surveys, general topography surveys and engineering support surveys.
A good understanding of general Legal Principles, surveying practices and surveying
standards.
Û¢ Ability to perform survey work in a variety of weather conditions and job site locations.
Û¢ Ability to work in an office environment independently and in a team situation.
