Project Survey Technician
Alliance Land Surveying is a full-service Land Surveying firm providing services statewide in Arizona and Nevada. Alliance Land Surveying has been a leading provider of ALTA Surveys in Arizona since 2005.
We currently have an opening for a full-time experienced Project Survey Technician in our Phoenix Metro Area office.
Required Experience:
3-5 years of land surveying experience in a Survey CAD Technician position
Comprehensive knowledge of ALTA surveys and ALTA Survey requirements
Boundary retracement and analysis, topographic surveys
Preparation of various easement documents, descriptions
Subdivision Plat and Land Division preparation
Must be able to utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D
Ability to function in a fast-paced budget-oriented environment
Ability to multi task projects and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: DOQ - Annual bonuses, spot bonuses
PTO – vacation and major holidays

Pay Rate: $25-$35 hr. DOQ
