But, imagine driving west in Manhattan at sunset where lane lines don't matter, potholes abound, pedestrians are glued to their smartphones, scooters rollerbladers and skaters are fearless, bike delivery men weave through traffic, cabbies invent lanes, traffic control devices are suggestions, tourists stop in the left lane to turn right, police cars fire trucks and ambulances wail, articulated buses snake, and the odd construction crane falls, and a little sun in your eyes might just bring a smile.
Let me find my polarized goggles. 😎
