That question really depends on the air temperature. A 10 mph breeze when it's -20F will suck out every last bit of joy and will to persevere. If it was above 60, bring on the hurricane as long as I'm not dodging flying debris. I worked on a job in the Aleutians years ago and the wind never dropped below 25 mph and most of the time was 30-40, gusts 50+, day after day. Used a lot of sandbags to hold down equipment, and yes, it sucked.?ÿ

As I recall, in the day, there was a direct correlation with working in high winds, extreme temps. and snow cover with the size of one's bank account and/or mortgage payment. ?????ÿ
