I have a survey that falls on an unprinted area of any flood map. I have a map date from the index panel/map, but I'm not sure how to state what area it is in. "Unshaded X" doesn't really cut it, but I'm not sure what to call it.
Any help on a plat note would be greatly, greatly appreciated!!

I think your proposed statement is fine, because the only time a map isn't printed is because there were no SFHAreas on that map. Meaning the whole thing was unshaded zone x.
