Using StarNet to compute a filed Record of Survey

The Plat is their final product so I'm just using StarNet as an alternate means of doing COGO.

We have all of the field notes and Traverse Sheets (usually they only carried 3 places so rounding errors enter into their final computations) so I could do a big StarNet project on their actual traverses but that would take a lot of time. If find in reality they averaged about 2' in a mile, occasionally better and sometimes worse.
