Using StarNet to compute a filed Record of Survey

One of my Father-in-Laws rear corners is "off" 18' in a mountain subdivision done in the 1960s. The corners are 1/2" untagged rebars so who knows if that is even original.

My Father worked for a Marin County Surveyor around 1950. He said a lot of Mt Tamalpais hillside subdivisions were laid out by slope chaining in the decades prior which made retracing challenging.
