The City of Atlanta is under the same sort of mandate to "clean things up" and my stamp is on numerous "sub-surface" easements, as they are called around here. I have also been involved with the topographic mapping/boundary work required for the shaft sites.

Very expensive on the front end, but worth it in the long run.
