I'm trying to connect the TSC5 at office to the office network, after choosing the correct network from the list and entering the password, it says connected but no internet. I can connect to the phone's hot spot, but not the network. Anyone has the same problem and any solutions?

Check with your IT security administrator.?ÿ You maybe isolated but on the company network.?ÿ Pretty standard for new devices on first logon, just a suggestion.
