Hello. I am getting error 5042 when connecting the Trimble SX10 to the controller. I received a log file from the device, these files are downloaded from the SX10 in a zip file with a password. I hope someone can help me figure out what the problem is and I can fix it. Thank you!

That's an SX hardware error message.
You may be able to clear it by reloading the SX firmware via Trimble Installation Manager.
But if that does not work, it will have to go back to your dealer
