I am looking for fully robotic set and choosing between Leica TS12 with VIVA controller and Trimble S3 with TSC3. What do you think?

I think you can't go wrong by picking the one where a.)you already have a good existing relationship with the dealer and local support staff or, b.) the one whose dealer and support staff have a better local reputaion.
FWIW - I just bought a couple of TS12s (and a couple of digital levels and a couple of network rovers) and it's taking a while to get everything in from Leica because there were a lot more end of year orders than they were expecting.
