I have a buddy in Exeter, NH who's neighbor just had a survey performed. What is the tresspass law in NH?

There is no right of entry law in NH.
The only trespass law that I know of is that if the land needs to be posted every 50 feet or less and then someone can be arrested for trespass.
(this relates to anyone)
With exceptions. If in the course of a survey, until the lotline is defined, trespass can not be proven.
Once the lotline is defined, trespass does exist.
Not fun on a lot of jobs.
