I've been using the TT demo for static for a while, I'm wondering if anyone knows
if the demo version will let you do PPK for any reasonable number of points, i.e. are you still limited to 5 points or is the restriction just 4 base stations and a rover?
Or, if you have some raw PPK data you could mail me in RINEX form, I'd try it myself.
(got no PPK data handy yet)
Boss gave me a challenge, of using an L1 receiver to do PPK to rough in a control net. We will use that data to do more survey design and go back with a TS to tighten it up. Theoretically it should be like shooting fish in a barrel, using the WSRN base stations or Virtual Rinex to post process.
Alternatively, if you know of any cheap or free software that will do L1 PPK I am all ears.
thanks!

Try Ashtech's GNSS Solutions.
For a copy see their .ftp site at
ftp://ftp.ashtech.com/
HB,
You might look into GNSS Solutions. I think the L1 version is available for download from the FTP site.
I have never done the type of work you describe above, so I have no idea if it will work for your application.
Good luck,
Jimmy
I can confirm that the L1 version of Ashtech's GNSS Solutions is available as a free download on the Ashtech website. And, as far as I know there are no limitations on the number of points that can be processed. I have never done kinematic work, though, so whether you can do PPK with this software, I don't know. Let us know!
OK Boss I am on it. Downloading away. The somewhat-less-tiny-now Bubbles are hogging all the bandwidth to play Minecraft. Little do they know it is training them to be the CAD princesses of my future empire. Thanks for the clues everyone!
yes, ppk is doable w/gnss solutions.
Key to success is proper initialization in the field.
