Hello,
Hoping someone here can help me. We are using a Topcon 2500 with topsurv. Today we were out in the field and the data collector froze up, which it does occasionally, so I did a hard reset by holding down the power key to reboot the data collector. When it rebooted the desktop loaded, but this window that says "OTG Driver" pops up and the data collector freezes. Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
